Ciprocity mobile app support
Secure access to the Ciprocity server your organization already uses.
The Ciprocity app for iPhone, iPad, and Android connects directly to a compatible Ciprocity installation. An existing account from your organization is required.
Getting started
Connect in three steps
You do not need a separate mobile subscription or a second Ciprocity account.
1. Get your organization’s server address
Ciprocity does not create a new account inside the app. Your employer or legal-aid organization supplies both your Ciprocity account and the HTTPS address of its compatible Ciprocity server.
2. Connect and sign in
Enter the server address, choose Connect, and then choose Sign in. Authentication happens on your organization’s Ciprocity sign-in page in the system browser. Approve the requested access to return to the app.
3. Ask the right administrator
Your organization controls usernames, passwords, two-factor authentication, access permissions, ethical walls, and the case records available to you. Its Ciprocity administrator is the fastest contact for those issues.
Troubleshooting
Before contacting support
- Confirm the server address begins with https://.
- Open that address in your normal browser and confirm it is reachable.
- Confirm your organization has enabled its Ciprocity API and OAuth service.
- Ask your administrator whether your account is active and has mobile access.
- Install current operating-system and app updates, then try again.
